The Role

The desired individual should preferably have a good understanding of typical business challenges, solutions and best practices in Field Service Management space, and should be able to interact with both technical and functional teams to understand requirements, analyze information, and design comprehensive solutions over the FSL platform.


Your responsibilities:

* Provide expertise to understand and analyse the customer’s Field Service Management requirements
* Create functional specifications, user stories and user documentation
* Help design solutions and advise suitable ways to best leverage the FSL platform to support critical business functions and meet project objectives, business requirements and company goals
* Analyze functional challenges; develop recommendations and solutions for those problems, help implement those solutions, and assess the business impacts and results
* Participate in the full software development life cycle from feasibility and requirement analysis to design, development, demo, testing and deployment
* Conduct meetings with business teams to solicit the business requirements
* Possess an overall understanding of the project solution from a functional aspect
* Provide functional oversight & guidance in the implementation of a project solution
* Provide recommendations/validations of the functional implementation of a solution
* Provide thought leadership on FSM to customer & delivery teams


Essential skills/knowledge/experience:

* Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience
* Excellent understanding, skills & experience on Field Service Lightning and/or other Field Service Management platforms
* Excellent understanding of Field service & related business functions, FSM workflows & best practices to drive Field Service implementations
* Experience working as Business Analyst conducting user workshops, analysing requirements, creating functional specifications, user stories and user documentation
* 8+ years IT/FSM experience preferable, including 2 years' experience as a team member of Field Service Management product implementation.
* Experience working in Agile & Waterfall environments
* Conversant in a broad range of technical topics including - integration, master data management, user experience


Desirable skills/knowledge/experience:

* Experience/knowledge of Field Service Management Platforms
* Good understanding of Enterprise Architecture, and working with ERP/CRM systems
* Basic understanding of Salesforce development platform, Service Cloud, and best practices
* Salesforce Business Analyst/Service Cloud/ Field Service Lightning Consultant certified.
