You are open to training for the relevant HSc (previously NVQ/QCF) level needed for the role. The ability to speak other languages, particularly Welsh and Community Languages, is an advantage. What the job involves As a care staff member, you will support clients in achieving their goals and work closely with health professionals. You will follow a service delivery plan and operate according to various shift-based rotas, which may include evenings and weekends. The role involves receiving tasks via a mobile device and supporting clients post-hospital discharge or in preventing unnecessary admissions. This permanent role requires 37 hours of work per week and is subject to enhanced background checks.
