FXEM – FX & Payments Solutions Sales – VP/ED Department Overview The Fixed Income Division (FID) is comprised of Interest Rate and Currency Products, Credit Products, Securitized Products, and Municipal Securities. Professionals in the Division assess and actively manage risk, trade securities, and structure as well as execute innovative transactions in the fast-paced and constantly changing global markets. Working within Morgan Stanley’s FXEM Division and focusing on maintaining & growing their client base across EMEA to deliver bespoke FX & Payments Solutions. Working with the wider Sales Team to identify potential existing clients who could benefit from Transactional FX / Payments solutions. Identifying, pursuing, and converting key strategic corporate client relationships across the region. Work with senior leadership to create and execute regional growth strategy. Coordinate with the wider group locally/globally to improve business processes and client acquisition. Work closely with product and platform development teams to improve client experience and onboarding. What we’re looking for Experience interacting directly with external corporate clients, ranging from SMEs through to MNCs, to sell tech/payments services and solutions. Coverage of API solutions would be advantageous. Keen interest in financial markets. A positive, motivated, can-do attitude and desire to work in a highly team-oriented environment. Strong oral and written communication skills. You have strong analytical and numerical skills that put you at ease with financial data. You are results-driven, perform well under pressure and against tight deadlines. You articulate complex ideas simply and summarize them effectively. You are committed to excellence in your work and maintain high professional and ethical standards.
