Responsibilities
* Support the Registered Manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring the delivery of high‑quality, person‑centered care in line with CQC standards.
* Lead and supervise staff, manage rotas, and contribute to recruitment, training, and performance development.
* Maintain accurate records, oversee care planning, safeguard residents, and ensure a safe and supportive environment.
* Liaise effectively with residents, families, professionals, and external agencies to promote well‑being, dignity, and independence.
* Assist with audits, inspections, and compliance requirements.
Qualifications & Requirements
* Successful candidate will be required to complete thorough pre‑employment checks, including an enhanced DBS and, where applicable, overseas criminal record checks.
