Hamilton Bradshaw — the private equity firm founded by James Caan CBE, renowned entrepreneur, investor, and former star of BBC’s Dragons’ Den — is seeking a dynamic and commercially astute Non-Executive Director to lead the go-to-market strategy for a high-impact digital venture within our group.

* Has experience entering and growing new markets with well-defined go-to-market strategies
* Brings a blend of creativity, commercial insight, and boardroom confidence
* Is comfortable influencing at strategic level while remaining execution focused
