Are you an experienced automotive professional with a keen eye for detail and a passion for compliance? We’re working with a leading automotive brand that prioritises both its people and its products.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a background in homologation or a certification to play a key role in ensuring new vehicle launches meet all regulatory standards. You’ll work closely with internal teams, industry bodies, and regulatory authorities to ensure everything is in place for a successful launch.
Whether you’re currently focused on one area of Automotive Regulatory Compliance or looking to broaden your expertise, this role offers growth, variety, and visibility across the full product launch process. You’ll be joining a company that values your contribution and supports your development.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support the Regulatory Affairs Manager in ensuring all products comply with current legislation.
* Manage documentation for type approval, certificates of production, and insurance ratings.
* Maintain accurate records and logs for audit purposes.
* Submit timely and accurate responses to regulatory information requests.
* Communicate upcoming legislative changes across the business.
* Lead projects such as battery waste compliance and integrate processes into the ISO system.
* Upload documentation to the BCA portal and manage compliance reporting.
* Prepare presentations, internal reports, and meeting documentation.
* Provide general administrative support, including diary management and meeting coordination.
What We’re Looking For:
* Previous experience in regulatory affairs, homologation or certification, or an automotive engineering background.
* Familiarity with type approval processes, derogation requests, and compliance documentation.
* Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
* Confident communicator, comfortable working with internal teams and external parties.
* A methodical, proactive approach with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* A team player who enjoys a fast-paced, varied workload.
