Job Description
* Drive sales growth by identifying new business opportunities in the healthcare sector.
* Establish and maintain strategic partnerships with relevant stakeholders.
* Develop and execute strategies for market penetration
* Monitor market trends and competitor activities in the healthcare industry.
* Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed targets.
* Provide insight and recommendations on product development based on market needs.
* Ensure adherence to industry regulations and company policies.
* Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Business Development Manager should have:
* Proven track record in winning new business
* Proficiency in sales strategies and market analysis.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
* Ability to develop strategic relationships with stakeholders.
* Would be a benefit to have strong knowledge of the healthcare industry
* Would be a benefit to have sold into Human Resources departments
* The ability to get to Slough (either by train or car) at least three times a week
