We are a successful HR Consultancy and a Member of the British Franchise Association (BFA). With over 25 years of experience, we now offer a national franchise opportunity to qualified, experienced HR professionals who want to set up a profitable consulting business.
The offer
We provide experienced, CIPD‑qualified HR professionals a turnkey business model that delivers commercially sound, tailored HR advice to employers of all sizes and sectors. You will focus on building your own network and prioritising clients’ needs, using the proven consulting skills you already possess.
Support includes:
* 1‑2‑1 mentoring, coaching and a comprehensive business‑support package;
* Monthly team meetings and 1‑2‑1 business support;
* Full access to marketing collateral, blog content and business‑development resources;
* Holiday cover and ongoing support to maximise your impact.
Business Development Opportunities
Through our referral network each area director gains initial client opportunities. Our franchisees also benefit from the 2024 launch of iReport, a reporting mechanism that helps employers meet the duty to prevent sexual harassment.
Our Plans
We are expanding modestly – 2 to 3 new franchises a year, with a hard cap of 12‑15. Entry barriers are low for the right professional but will still require an upfront investment.
