Hours: 18 hours per week (including weekends). Location: Heaton, Newcastle upon Tyne. Rate of pay: £14.80 per hour.

* Light personal care (dressing, being present while I shower, medication reminders)
* Cooking, light housework, shopping, errands, and life admin
* Support with social activities and occasional travel
* Loading/unloading my wheelchair and travelling with me in my Motability vehicle
About you:
* Female or non-binary
* Physically fit and able to lift a wheelchair
* Clean, careful, respectful, and able to follow instructions
* Positive, chatty, reliable, and organised
* Full, clean UK driving licence essential
About me:
I’m creative, active, and social. I use a wheelchair but can walk short distances. I need someone mindful, gentle, and supportive due to mobility and immune system issues.
