Job Description
We are looking for someone who can confidently manage varied workflows, maintain strong relationships across the team, and deliver timely, accurate information.
Reporting to the Head of Fleet & Travel, this role will also support wider team operations to ensure a seamless customer service experience.
Key Responsibilities
1. Coordinate all data and administrative tasks across the Fleet & Travel function
2. Maintain the accuracy of employee, vehicle, telematics, fuel card, toll and leasing data
3. Conduct monthly audits of all fleet and travel data records
4. Validate invoices and supporting documentation against recorded data
5. Carry out control checks for company car and car allowance processes
6. Manage penalty charge and fines recovery
7. Oversee the administration of toll activity and supporting systems
8. Manage and maintain the telematics system
Produce regular and ad hoc reports as required

13. Knowledge of fleet operations or prior experience in a fleet environment (desired)
