We're Hiring: Client Services Co-ordinator
Office Based | Full-Time | £28,000

About the Role
Are you highly organised, detail-driven, and passionate about delivering exceptional service? Join our team as a Client Services Co-ordinator, where you'll play a vital role in supporting recruitment operations and ensuring smooth, accurate service delivery to both clients and candidates.

Key Responsibilities
* Write, post, and update job adverts in line with client needs.
* Maintain accurate candidate records using our applicant tracking system.
* Provide timely and professional communication to candidates and hiring managers.
* Support the Account Team with all recruitment and administrative tasks.
* Coordinate candidate onboarding, compliance, and induction processes.
* Collaborate with our Shared Service Centre to ensure seamless service.
* Assist with payroll queries, holiday tracking, and reporting.
* Produce weekly reports and recruitment statistics.

What You'll Bring
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
* A calm, professional approach to problem-solving.
* Experience in high-volume administration or recruitment support.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data systems.
* A commitment to confidentiality and GDPR compliance.

Qualifications
GCSEs or equivalent in English and Maths (Grade C+ desirable)
