We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-focused Customer Service Administratorto join a small busy and supportive team in Bedford. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity offering stable hours and the chance to develop within a well-established organisation.
The role is varied and combines customer service, accounts support, and administrative responsibilities, making it ideal for someone who enjoys juggling tasks and keeping processes running smoothly.

Pay Rate: £13.58 per hour
Hours: Monday to Friday - 8.30am to 4.30pm or 9.00am to 5.00pm
Youll be:
* Checking deliveries against supplier invoices
* Raise purchase orders as required
* Check and confirm invoices on receipt
* Allocate job costs and prepare invoices for sign-off
* Liaise with suppliers to resolve invoice and cost queries
* Work closely with Head Office Accounts to resolve supplier and cost issues
* Prepare mailing dockets for UK and overseas despatches
* Check end-of-day postage against dockets before mail is released
