Your Role
As a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN), you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to our patients. Your responsibilities will include:
* Providing and documenting skilled nursing care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse.
* Observing and assessing patient conditions, reporting any changes promptly.
* Participating in the development and implementation of nursing care plans.
* Educating patients and families about self-care techniques and disease processes.
* Maintaining compliance with all nursing policies and procedures.

Qualifications
To thrive in this role, you’ll need:
* An active, unencumbered CA LVN license.
* Current CPR certification (with hands-on component).
* A TB skin test (2-step, current within the last 12 months).
* One year of prior hands-on nursing experience.
* Reliable transportation.
* Proficiency in clinical assessments and documentation.
Physical and Working Conditions
As an LVN, you will need to:
* Be able to lift up to 50 pounds and assist with patient repositioning.
* Function in various environments, potentially exposed to allergens and infectious diseases.
* Respond appropriately to emergency situations.
