As our Meeting & Event Sales Coordinator, you will understand what it means to deliver excellent hospitality and will thrive on exceeding guest expectations. Your primary focus will be on our Meetings, Events, and Groups business, handling inquiries, finalizing event details, billing, and record keeping.
In some hotels, we have launched V Works, our co-working business centre. Can you promote a collaborative working space? You will impress customers with fantastic service, grow our customer base by identifying new leads, and converting inquiries into memberships. A great personality and passion for sales will help you offer excellent options to guests while ensuring hotel profitability.
You should be attentive and capable of maintaining consistent standards. A can-do attitude is essential. Teamwork is key in this industry; you should be a strong team player willing to assist wherever needed.
