Future Teachers – Any Subject!
Teaching Personnel and its partner schools have created a ‘Future Teachers Programme’ to support the recruitment of graduates who are looking for one year of paid experience before joining a teacher training course.
Full-time Graduate Teaching Assistant positions in any subject on the ‘Future Teachers Programme’.
Positions available for September 2026 guaranteed until the end of the academic year
Earn up to £1800 per month – competitive rate of pay
Secondary school located in Warrington
What are the roles and responsibilities of a ‘Future Teacher’?
Work with a small group of students in need of extra support.
Deliver pre-planned focused interventions and monitor pupils’ progress.
Work alongside the class teacher to plan sessions and cover lessons alongside receiving training on what is involved to become a future teacher.
Full support and training will be provided.
To be accepted onto the Future Teachers Programme, you must have a Maths degree or be coming to the end of the final year of your degree.
Following the completion of the Future Teachers Programme, successful Graduates will be supported onto a Schools Direct/teacher training course.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
