Headquartered in central London and now working in a hybrid remote + office structure (currently Wednesday/Thursday at our office in the heart of Camden Town, a few minutes from Camden Town tube), we are continuing to grow and strengthen our team with the addition of further like-minded, bright and ambitious people.
Job Purpose
Reporting jointly to the Founder/CEO and Head of Operations, the Wholesale Manager - Yoga Studios & Specialist Retail is responsible for driving the growth, performance, and strategic development of Liforme’s core global wholesale business. This role owns key wholesale relationships with our core customer base (Yoga studios and specialist wellness & leisure retailers), identifying new business opportunities and delivering growth against our ambitious commercial targets.
You’ll work with the support of our Operations, Finance, and Marketing teams to deliver sustainable wholesale growth while maintaining Liforme’s premium positioning, values, and customer experience standards. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who is commercially sharp, with a hunger to drive sales and the confidence to manage accounts end-to-end as well as the ambition to help scale an international wholesale channel.
The role requires excellent operational organisation and the desire to wear multiple hats to ensure the efficient execution of the wholesale channel’s strategy. This is a hugely rewarding and exciting opportunity for a driven individual to take ownership of a critical growth channel within a fast-moving, purpose-driven brand.
Key Responsibilities:
* Own and manage the day-to-day performance of Liforme’s global core wholesale channel, focusing on Yoga studios and other specialist wellness & leisure focused retailers. Most of the work will be online/digital-focused, as our customers are all around the World and in many different time zones.
* Support and grow the core wholesale customer base, ensuring strong commercial performance and retention.
* Deliver first-class customer care and develop new efficient CRM initiatives aimed at increasing sell through and improving retention.
* Manage and optimise our HubSpot CRM system and connected integrations, ensuring accurate tracking of accounts, opportunities, and performance.
* Own and improve a Shopify wholesale customer order platform, working cross-functionally to ensure smooth integration and a first-class user experience.
* Develop and improve other wholesale management processes, templates, and best practices to support scale.
* Own wholesale revenue targets and performance KPIs, taking responsibility for identifying and executing actions required to deliver results.
* Develop and scale the wholesale opportunity pipeline, taking a proactive approach to new account acquisition.
* Manage the creation and delivery of marketing assets and materials to support wholesale channel growth, including digital ad campaigns.
* Strategise and execute wholesale promotions, offers, and commercial initiatives to drive growth across new and existing accounts in alignment with brand and channel growth objectives.
* Collaborate closely with Operations and Finance to support forecasting, order management, fulfilment, and margin performance.
* Deliver clear and timely commercial reporting on wholesale performance, detailing key insights and growth opportunities on a regular and ad hoc basis.
* Build deep, authentic relationships with yoga studios, teachers and other partners, acting as a trusted extension of the Liforme brand within the yoga community.
* Act as a brand ambassador through your work, ensuring all wholesale touchpoints reflect Liforme’s values, mission, and premium positioning.

Essential:
* 5+ years’ overall work experience; at least 2+ years line management experience.
* Proactive, resilient and hands-on, with a strong sense of ownership and the grit and determination to push opportunities through to delivery in a fast moving environment.
* Proven experience of achieving sales or revenue targets (or something equivalent that proves to us you can negotiate and close deals!).
* Strong commercial acumen.
* Target-focused and driven to deliver ambitious results on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis.
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
* Confident communicator, able to manage multiple communication lines and build effective relationships both internally and externally.
* A ‘can do’ and ‘no job is too small’ (or too big!) attitude.
* Integrity and honesty in all that you do.
* A genuine passion for Yoga/wellness, with a strong personal affinity for these communities.
Advantageous:
* Specific work experience in a wholesale, sales or key account role, ideally within a premium wellness (or similar) brand; or other work/life experience that proves to us that you can do well here in this role!
* Experience working in the health and fitness, wellness and/or yoga industry.
* Experience working in a start-up or fast-growing business.
* Experience using wholesale CRM, or ERP systems; experience with Shopify Wholesale, HubSpot or similar platforms, OR just the ability to pick any of this up quickly!
