Elite US Firm Seeks Restructuring Associate (2-4 pqe) for London Office
The Role
The successful Associate will:
- work closely with private investment management firms, corporates, and facility borrowers;
- engage in cross-border and UK restructurings across various industry sectors, providing strategic solutions and support; and
-work closely with friendly and collaborative partners within this growing practice.
Responsibilities:
* Assist in the management and execution of restructuring projects.
* Collaborate with clients and internal teams to develop and implement restructuring strategies.
* Conduct financial analysis and modelling to support restructuring initiatives.
* Prepare detailed reports and presentations for stakeholders.
* Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes affecting restructurings.
* Ensure compliance with relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
Required skills:
* 2-4 PQE (Class of 2023-2021) with relevant experience in restructuring or finance.
* Strong analytical and financial modelling skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work effectively in a team and manage multiple projects.
* Knowledge of cross-border and U.K. restructuring processes.
* Strong Academics.
* Current SRA practicing certificate.
* Solid work ethic.
