1. Own the administrative actions for the onboarding process ensuring that all pre-employment checks have been accurately completed in a timely manner and before new employees start at RES, raising any issues to the P&C Partners
2. Action the leaver process confirming details to payroll, IT and finance
3. All employee's personal data is maintained accurately within the HR Information system (HRIS)
4. Co-ordinate and respond to queries that are received in Service Now, assigning to the relevant team member where necessary.
5. Assist in actioning change requests received from managers and P&C Partners ensuring that personal files are maintained on the HR Information system (
6. Assist in administering HR-related documentation, such as family leave, references, special leave requests.
7. Respond to statutory requests for information.
8. Manage Dental scheme employee membership
9. Support other members of the P&C team as and when required
10. Support the P&C team as required with new HR initiatives and projects.
11. Support the Payroll Manager with administrative tasks where required.
12. Provide accurate reports when requested by other parts of the business

Experience
19. Experience in an Administration role (preferably in HR) is desired but not essential
