Salary: £66,100 - £99,100 + car /car allowance - if applicable + performance-related bonus + a range of benefits to support your finances, wellbeing and family.

The role
As a Senior Project Manager, Offshore Operations & Maintenance Facilities, you will play a key role in shaping the development of offshore wind operations facilities that support long-term asset performance. You’ll lead the strategy and delivery of complex infrastructure projects, ensuring facilities are safe, commercially robust, and ready for operations from day one.
You will
* Lead the end-to-end development and delivery of offshore operations and maintenance facilities, from early strategy through to execution
* Translate operational requirements into practical facility designs, including logistics, control rooms, and vessel interfaces
* Manage commercial and contractual arrangements across multiple partners, ensuring alignment with project and investment requirements
* Oversee programme delivery within structured governance frameworks, providing clear reporting, recommendations, and risk management
* Build strong relationships across internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes
You have
* Proven experience delivering complex infrastructure or facilities projects, ideally within offshore wind or a similar environment
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to work effectively across matrixed teams and influence stakeholders
* Experience managing commercial and contractual arrangements in multi-party project environments
* A structured, delivery-focused approach with experience operating within formal governance frameworks
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present clear, professional reports and engage a wide range of stakeholders
