They’re looking for a Senior AI Enablement Engineer to play a pivotal role in redefining modern engineering practice through AI-assisted development. This is a hands-on senior engineering role for someone who believes AI is fundamentally changing the craft of software development. You’ll act as a technical leader, mentor, and catalyst for change, embedding within delivery teams to champion AI-first workflows, modern development practices, and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities include
* Shaping and evolving engineering practices for an AI-driven development environment
* Driving adoption of AI-assisted development tools and workflows
* Pairing, coaching, and mentoring engineers to raise overall capability
* Remaining hands-on: coding, problem-solving, and leading by example
* Collaborating with engineering and product leaders to embed AI-first ways of working
* Translating technical improvements into clear product and business value
Key skills required
* A senior, hands-on engineer with strong technical leadership skills
* Proven experience building production software (e.g. .NET, Java, Python, or similar backend languages)
* Deep, practical experience using AI-assisted development tools (e.g. Copilot, Claude, Cursor, etc.)
* Someone who enjoys rethinking workflows, not just adopting new tools
* A clear communicator who can influence engineers and stakeholders alike
* Genuine enthusiasm for how AI is reshaping software engineering
