The Role
This is a senior position within the Talent Acquisition team, responsible for leading and shaping the organisation’s contractor recruitment strategy. You’ll oversee end-to-end delivery for complex hires, ensure compliance across regions, and act as the key point of expertise for all contracting activity.
Key Responsibilities
* Own and develop the global contracting recruitment strategy
* Oversee delivery of contractor hiring for key and complex roles
* Ensure compliance with relevant regulations (e.g. IR35)
* Manage agency and supplier relationships
* Build and maintain a contractor talent pipeline
* Partner with senior stakeholders and TA teams across the business
About You
* Strong background in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment with a focus on contracting
* Experience operating at a senior level with stakeholder influence
* Knowledge of contractor compliance and engagement models
* Proven ability to manage suppliers and deliver complex hiring
