Salary: £40,000 - £43,000
Contract: 10-month Fixed Term Contract (Maternity Cover) through January 2027
Location: Oxford office 2 days per week

Job Description
Reporting to the Director of Development, this role is for a Corporate Partnerships Manager working at Earth Trust. The ideal candidate thrives on building strategic, high‑value corporate relationships. You will play a central part in securing and managing five‑ and six‑figure partnerships, contributing directly to Earth Trust’s mission and organisational priorities. The role offers significant professional development through hands‑on relationship management, cross‑organisational collaboration, and involvement in key projects such as Earth Trust’s Gateway to Nature development.
Responsibilities
Develop engaging proposals and identify new partnership opportunities. Secure and steward existing corporate supporters. Represent Earth Trust at external events. Support organisational strategy by ensuring partnership opportunities align with our mission of connecting people with nature and protecting green spaces for future generations.
Qualifications
* Proven experience securing and growing high‑value corporate partnerships, ideally at five‑figure level.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and inspire support for environmental causes.
* Strong proposal writing and presentation skills, with the ability to develop persuasive, tailored pitches for corporate audiences.
