This role offers excellent exposure across core accounting functions, ideal for someone looking to broaden their skills and take ownership of key financial processes in a fast-paced but collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist with the preparation of monthly management accounts
* Maintain and reconcile balance sheet accounts
* Credit Control
* Process purchase and sales ledger transactions
* Support the month-end and year-end close activities
* Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders including auditors
* Contribute to process improvements and financial controls
Candidate Profile:
* Part-qualified or accounting graduate with strong ambition to progress
* Solid understanding of core accounting principles
* Proficient with Excel and comfortable learning accounting software
* Detail-oriented with excellent organisational and communication skills
* Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team
