Account Executive - Business Development Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Executive to join our team. As an Account Executive, you will play a key role in driving business growth by acquiring new clients and establishing long-term relationships.
Your primary responsibility will be to identify the staffing needs of client organizations and match them with our recruitment experts. This requires a strong sales orientation, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to building and maintaining client partnerships.
* Client Acquisition:
o Identify and prospect potential client organizations through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
* Client Relationship Management:
o Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to generate new business.
* Market Research and Analysis:
o Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and the competitive landscape to identify new business opportunities.
* Sales and Revenue Generation:
o Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets by consistently identifying and converting opportunities.
Key Qualifications and Skills:
* Bachelor's degree
* At least 5 years' quota-carrying sales experience
* Proven track record of success in a sales-driven role
* Strong understanding of the staffing industry
* Exceptional relationship-building skills
* Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities
* Proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented
