Your new role
As amunications Executive, you'll be the creative force behind engaging customermunications and inspiring internal content. This isn't your typicalmunications role – you'll lead the creation of bi-annual customer and staff magazines from concept to production, coordinate all customer-facingmunications across multiple channels, and produce the annual product price book during the critical high-volume period (Sept-Dec). You'll work closely with both sales and marketing colleagues to deliver impactfulmunications that support business growth.
This is a hands-on role where you'll partner with the Digital Marketing Executive to create robustmunications plans, collaborate with the Sales Director on product promotions, and liaise with both in-house design teams and external agencies. You'll manage content acrosspany ordering portals, website and intranet,pile editorial and advertising design for trade publications, and work effectively across multiple departments to ensuremunications are accurate, relevant and on time. Your creative thinking and ability to simplify technical language for customers will be essential as you bring new ideas for outreach beyond traditional channels.
You'll be part of a small, collaborative marketing team with regular one-to-ones, open discussion and shared projects. Creative collaboration is actively encouraged with frequent idea sharing, and you'll experience clear cross-functional working with engineering, design and marketing involved in product meetings from idea to launch. This fast-paced, high-volume environment requires strong stakeholder skills across technical and non-technical teams.
What you'll need to succeed
1. Qualification in Marketing,munications, Business or related subject (degree preferred)
2. Minimum of 3 years' proven experience inmunications, marketing or editorial roles
3. Demonstrable experience of working on simultaneous marketing projects to deadlines
4. Strong organisational and project management skills with ability to manage multiple deadlines
5. Exceptional attention to detail andmitment to accuracy
6. Excellent written and verbalmunication skills
7. Ability to simplify technical language for customers
8. Creative thinking with new ideas for outreach beyond traditional channels
9. Proficiency in Microsoft packages (particularly PowerPoint and Publisher)
10. Proficiency in social media platforms
11. Experience with content management systems and creative software (desirable)
12. Ability to build effective working relationships across teams and with external partners
13. Creative flair with strong understanding of brand consistency
