As Head Chef, you’ll be responsible for the smooth running of the kitchen, ensuring consistency, creativity and the highest standards of food quality. This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven and skilled chef who takes pride in their craft, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and enjoys creating dishes that showcase the very best of local produce. What You’ll Be Doing: * Leading and coordinating all kitchen operations as an experienced Head Chef * Designing menus using fresh, seasonal, and locally sourced ingredients * Overseeing food preparation, cooking, and presentation to exceed customer expectations * Managing kitchen staff including rotas, training, and performance * Overseeing all kitchen administration including ordering, stock control, and food cost management * Ensuring full compliance with COSHH, HACCP, and all food safety regulations * Maintaining the highest standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and safety What We’re Looking For: * Strong knowledge of food safety, COSHH, and HACCP practices * Excellent cooking skills with a passion for local produce * Proven leadership with the ability to manage and motivate a kitchen team * Highly organised with strong administrative and time management skills * Creative flair for menu development * Resilient, reliable, and able to thrive under pressure * Flexibility to work evenings and weekends What We Offer: * £45 – 50,000 salary plus gratuities * On-site parking * Supportive and professional working environment If you’re an experienced Head Chef ready to take ownership of a successful kitchen and deliver exceptional food, we’d love to hear from you
