We are looking for two motivated Social Workers to join our dynamic, forward-thinking Connected Carers Team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a highly collaborative environment that truly values professional growth, team impact, and high-quality practice.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support & Supervision: Provide high-quality assessment, supervision, and ongoing support to our dedicated connected carers.
* Training & Development: Deliver tailored training to help connected carers build their confidence, knowledge, and practical skills.
* Child-Centric Care: Empower carers to effectively meet the diverse and evolving needs of the children in their care.
What We Are Looking For:
* A qualified Social Worker (with active Social Work England registration).
* Experience in Fostering, Kinship Care, or Connected Persons assessments (preferred).
* A commitment to empowering others and a thrive-in-a-team attitude.
* A full UK driving license and access to a vehicle (carers are primarily based in/around Durham, but wider travel may be required).
