Administrator required to join our Admin Department providing back-office support to the business and Recruitment Team. The Administrator must have 2 to 3 years’ experience working in a similar role with a willingness to go the extra mile in their role.

The Administrator will be responsible for:
* General administration support duties including data entry and letter typing.
* Diary management
* Reception duties, meeting and greeting visitors.
* Updating company records and quality policies and procedures
* Minute taking and creating reports.
* Answering the phones and making outbound calls
* Ensuring the filing is kept up to date.
* Being an expert on the company CRM database to support colleagues
* Use of Excel spreadsheets
The Administrator must have:
* Previous experience working in an office environment as an Administrator.
* The ability to multi-task whilst maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
