We are looking for a Senior Cost Consultant to be based in the Manchester or Leeds office of a very well reputed real estate practice. Although the ideal level is senior cost consultant, we are also interested in speaking with associates.
The Role
Working with an multi disciplinary global business from a regional hub, playing a lead role in the cost management team. The project portfolio is mixed with an emphasis on high profile developer backed urban regeneration, with a significant residential element. Therefore those with cost management consultancy residential experience are of particular interest.
Our requirements are:
* Ambitious and self-driven with an ability to be entrepreneurial.
* Must be comfortable presenting to Clients. For the Associate role, we are expecting a background of solid Client management and leadership.
* Living and industrial experience is desirable.
* Understanding of the Manchester / Leeds (as applicable) markets, Contractors, and Consultants
* Hybrid working – minimum of 3 days a week in the office
* Must be MRICS
Salary level - £50 - £70k package depending on the level of experience plus competitive bonus scheme that is beyond market average.
