About the Role: Head of Digital Education Development and AI
The Interim Group Head of Digital Education Development and AI is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Digital Education Development Team, ensuring continuity in service delivery and support across Activate Learning’s digital learning environments. This role focuses on maintaining existing systems, supporting staff and students and ensuring projects continue to progress within established parameters.
This is full-time position on a fixed-term contract until January 2027 as a secondment for current Activate Learning employees. This position will be assigned to a base location; however, regular travel to other sites may be required. Opportunities to work from home are available as business needs dictate.
What do you need to be successful as a Head of Digital Education Development and AI at Activate Learning?
The successful candidate will have experience in team leadership, project coordination and translating business requirements into technical solutions. They will provide operational support to ensure a high level of customer service and smooth functioning of digital education services.
Alongside extensive experience of learning technologies management you should have a working knowledge of web technologies and digital learning tools including VLEs, computer assisted assessments and content creation tools.
