Patient Services & Sales Coordinator
Location: Solihull | Full Time: 37.5 hours (incl. some weekends) | £25,000 – £27,000 (DOE)

My client is seeking a confident, friendly, and proactive Patient Services & Sales Coordinator to be the welcoming face of their Solihull clinic. This is a fantastic opportunity to combine excellent customer service with sales and administration skills, supporting patients from their first enquiry through to post-treatment care.
What You’ll Do:
️ Act as the first point of contact for patient enquiries – via phone, email, and online.
️ Convert inbound leads into bookings by promoting clinic services and building rapport.
️ Manage all patient appointments – bookings, cancellations, and updates.
️ Maintain accurate patient records and lead-tracking databases, including follow-up activity.
️ Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to ensure a smooth, exceptional patient journey across both private and NHS services.
️ Stay informed on treatment options, pricing, offers, and consultant availability to guide patient decisions confidently.
️ Provide insights to the leadership team on patient trends, service opportunities, and promotional feedback.
️ Perform general administrative duties to ensure smooth clinic operations.

Previous experience in healthcare or a customer service role is preferred
What’s On Offer:
Competitive salary of £25,000 – £27,000 (depending on experience)
37.5 hours per week – with some weekend work required (and compensated)
