Technical Sales Manager – Falmouth, Cornwall (Full-time, Office Based) Salary range: £30,000 to £38,000 The Role IVF Bioscience is seeking a Technical Sales Manager to support the growth of our company specializing in animal in vitro production (IVP) media. This exciting role is based at our coastal Falmouth office, and you’ll be reporting directly to the Managing Director. In this position, you'll use your technical expertise and interpersonal skills to build long-term relationships with our customer base. You will achieve a high level of customer retention and bring new customers onboard by delivering the highest possible level of customer support. Key Responsibilities: Build long-term relationships with prospective and existing customers and distributors. Provide technical advice and training on our products, remotely and in-person, utilizing your scientific knowledge.
