Assistant Manager
Duties:
- Assist the manager in overseeing daily operations
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed
- Assist in scheduling staff shifts and managing labor costs
- Helping train and guide a large group of staff
Skills:
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with staff and customers
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail to ensure high-quality food production
- Problem-solving skills to address any issues that may arise during operations
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
Please note that this position requires a minimum five years of experience in hospitality management an extensive knowledge in mixology is preferred.
We also require a minimum of level 2 food health and safety and first aid training.
