We're looking for a skilled Spray Polisher to join our workshop and help bring each custom piece to life.

We're looking for a skilled Spray Polisher to join our workshop and help bring each custom piece to life.
Key Responsibilities:
* Sand, fill, and spray bespoke furniture to a high standard
* Manage the maintenance and cleanliness of spray booths
* Order and manage paint materials required for ongoing jobs
* Organise your own calendar of works and meet agreed deadlines
* Liaise daily with the Workshop Manager to coordinate workflow and priorities
Requirements:
* Proven experience in spray finishing, ideally within high-end or bespoke furniture production
* Knowledge of different paint and lacquer finishes (e.g. gloss, satin, matt, pigmented, clear)
* Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks
* Excellent attention to detail and a strong focus on quality
* Organisational and time management skills
* Health & Safety awareness within a spray environment
