On offer for the Internal Sales Support Executive is the opportunity to work for a renowned and respected nationwide sales company in an exciting role where no two days are the same. Our client is the market leader in the fuel card industry, trading since 1983, and they are constantly expanding and improving.
Your Skills:
* Excellent customer service and customer retention background
* Good experience of customer liaison by phone and email
* Experience in business-to-business relationships
* Negotiation and Account Management skills
This role would suit a keen individual with excellent customer service skills looking to take the next step in their career and develop their existing skills.
Responsibilities:
* Building client relationships with dedicated accounts
* Speaking with clients and resolving queries
* Identifying clients who are not using their account to the maximum and upselling where appropriate
In this role, you will use every engagement, whether by phone or email, as an opportunity to positively represent the business.
