Are you a driven, socially skilled, and highly capable college student or recent graduate passionate about energy efficiency and climate action? Home Mechanics, a Mass Save partner, is looking for exceptional individuals to join our pre-sales team. Home Mechanics is on a mission to help homeowners save money and reduce energy consumption by promoting energy-efficient HVAC systems. This role offers you the chance to build professional skills, make a tangible environmental impact, and earn competitive compensation—all on a flexible schedule.


About the Role

As a member of our pre-sales team, you’ll work directly with homeowners in residential neighborhoods to educate them about significant energy-saving incentives and schedule free estimates for upgrading their heating and cooling systems. We are looking for dynamic and outgoing individuals with great communication skills to join our pre-sales team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on meaningful interactions, enjoys working outdoors, and is excited about advancing green solutions in their community.

Job Duties/Responsibilities


What You’ll Do

As part of our pre-sales team, your role will focus on generating leads and scheduling free consultations by engaging directly with homeowners:

* Educate homeowners about rebates, incentives, and the benefits of energy-efficient HVAC systems.
* Highlight climate-friendly technologies like ductless mini-split systems.
* Respond to homeowner questions and provide compelling solutions.
* Schedule free consultations for homeowners to explore energy-efficient upgrades.
* Track and record homeowner information accurately for follow-up.
* Attend training sessions to stay up-to-date on product offerings and sales strategies.
