Responsibilities
* Lead and manage the care team, including supervision, training, and performance management.
* Ensure compliance with CQC or relevant regulatory body standards.
* Develop, implement, and monitor care plans for residents.
* Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation.
* Oversee health and safety, safeguarding, and infection control procedures.
* Manage budgets, resources, and staffing levels effectively.
* Promote a positive culture and high-quality care within the service.
* Handle complaints, incidents, and investigations professionally.
* Liaise with residents, families, and external professionals as required.
* Keep up to date with care sector legislation, policies, and best practices.
