Sleepy Hollow are looking for an enthusiastic Chef de partie to join our team of Michelin recommended and AA rosette winning chefs.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
* The successful candidate must be passionate, innovative, hard working and willing to learn.
* 3&1/2 days per week and hourly pay or part time 1&1/2 days
* Closed Christmas and very flexible 5&1/2 weeks holiday
* Our style of food has its roots in honest Irish cookery which is creatively developed with flare in both skill and presentation.
