THE ROLE The Financial Controller will lead REFY’s day to day finance operations, ensuring robust internal controls, accurate and insightful reporting, effective cashflow management and continuous development of systems and processes. Success will be measured through the quality and timeliness of management information, transformation project outcomes, and enabling data-driven decisions across the business. This is a high-impact role within a fast-growth beauty brand, offering the chance to shape processes and support REFY’s continued international expansion. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Lead and manage the day-to-day finance operations, overseeing a Finance team of 6. Ensure accuracy and timeliness of monthly management accounts, presenting business performance to the Leadership Team Maintain robust internal controls, financial policies and compliance with relevant regulations Embed and oversee financial processes for new EU and US entities, ensuring consistent group-level controls, reporting and compliance across jurisdictions. Partner with the Head of Finance, Leadership and Management Team to provide strategic insight and recommendations Manage external relationships, including auditors, tax advisors and bankers Drive improvements in financial systems (NetSuite), processes and reporting tools to support scalability Monitor and report on cashflow, working capital and treasury requirements to support growth plans Provide financial insight to cross-functional teams, influencing commercial decisions Coach and develop team members, building capability within the finance function SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) with post-qualification experience in industry Strong technical knowledge of financial reporting, compliance and internal controls Experience of multi-entity, global organisations Experience leading and developing finance teams in a fast-paced, high growth environment Proven ability to manage external stakeholder relationships (auditors, banks, etc.) Excellent analytical, problem-solving and communication skills Comfortable operating at both detail level and strategic level Experience with NetSuite use, optimisation and development projects OUR BENEFITS PACKAGE 25 Days Holiday: Start with 25, earn one for every year's service (up to 5) Extra Holidays: Option to buy up to 5 additional days.
