Heathfield (Horsham) is a Residential Care Home for the Elderly, seeking a Caring, Kind and Compassionate Night Team Leader, qualified to Senior Level with a Level 3 in Health and Social Care.
Position: Night Team Leader
Location: 88 Hurst Road Horsham
Employment Type: Shift Work 33 hours per week (08:00pm to 7.00am)
Salary: £14.50 per hour plus weekend and Bank Holiday enhancements
Start Date: As soon as possible

We're looking for a Team Leader who shares our commitment to dignity, respect, and quality of life for our residents. Ideally you will have experience of being a Team Leader within a Residential Care home and even better if you are familiar with digital care planning and electronic medication systems.
The Role
* Leading and supervising your shift
* Case managing residents and liaising with families, healthcare professionals and other stakeholders to ensure that the best care plans are created and delivered
* Administering and recording medication
* Carrying out risk assessments
* Working alongside care assistants to support residents with daily needs, ensuring residents remain as active and independent as possible
* Working closely with the leadership team to develop services
* Provide a fun, inclusive, and professional approach at all times

About You
* NVQ Level 3 in health and social care & Medication Administration certificate
* Be well-organised, IT literate and adept at allocating and delegating work appropriately.
* Proven ability to lead and supervise others.
* A good understanding of care planning processes
* Be experienced in administering medication
* Above all, have a natural ability to help make the lives of others more fulfilling.

* Assist in creating a safe, comfortable, and homely atmosphere
* Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with the care team
* Lead and supervise your shift
