Working on a 42-hour Panama shift pattern, with permanent, temporary or temporay to permanent options available. You will join a supportive team, and play a critical role in ensuring plant reliability, minimising downtime, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. The role suits an electrically biased or multi-skilled engineer with strong diagnostic capability and a proactive approach to maintenance.

What You Will Be Doing
* Carrying out planned preventative maintenance across plant and equipment
* Diagnosing and rectifying electrical and mechanical faults effectively
* Supporting quality improvements through root cause analysis and corrective actions
* Working collaboratively to minimise line downtime and maximise equipment productivity
* Conducting RCA to component level and implementing preventative solutions
* Maintaining accurate records using CMMS and computer-based systems
* Operating safely within hazardous and flammable environments
* Contributing to continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives
* Completing reports and feedback in a timely and effective manner
What We Are Looking For
* Apprentice trained engineer with City & Guilds and NVQ qualifications or equivalent
* 18th Edition IEE Wiring Regulations
* Strong electrical and mechanical fault-finding capability
* PLC fault diagnosis experience advantageous
* Understanding of planned, preventative and predictive maintenance
* Knowledge of pneumatic and hydraulic systems
* Basic fabrication skills
* Experience of working in hazardous or flammable environments
* Good level of computer literacy and CMMS experience
* Proven ability to work safely with a strong health and safety mindset
* Experience of continuous improvement and lean programmes
