We are looking for Housing Officers who are highly organised and committed to delivering great customer service. We are looking for someone who is motivated and conscientious to join as one of our Housing Officers. You do not necessarily need to have experience in housing but if you can demonstrate drive and enthusiasm to deliver great customer service, are passionate about service improvement and have an eye for detail then we want to hear from you. Main Duties: You will be responsible for providing key tenancy and estate management services to our tenants and Leaseholders. Tasks will include: Tenancy management, including succession and assignment. Tenancy audits and tenancy fraud. Responding to reports of breaches of tenancy. Lead on Estate Inspections engaging with all relevant stakeholders. Reviewing Introductory tenancies to ensure that all Introductory Tenancy checks are carried out. Carrying out property inspections to ensure properties are being maintained in accordance with the tenancy agreement. Working collaboratively with colleagues to deal with and respond to fire safety issues in communal areas. Liaise with external partners when dealing with welfare concerns and raising safeguarding concerns when appropriate.
