Key Responsibilities
1. End-to-end processing of two monthly payrolls.
2. Collaborate with HR and other departments for payroll accuracy.
3. Handle HMRC and pension reporting as needed.
4. Respond to internal and external payroll queries.
5. Process AP invoices using 3-way matching and proforma invoices.
6. Reduce aged GRNI and process intercompany AP invoices.
7. Reconcile supplier statements and monthly payroll recharge invoices.
8. Prepare account reconciliations for intercompany and payroll.
9. Support internal SOX auditing and external year-end reporting.
Key Skills And Qualifications
10. Previous experience in payroll processing essential.
11. Strong Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs).
12. Understanding of basic financial statements.
13. High level of personal integrity.
14. Ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines.
