Job Description
IDEX Consulting is working with a leading wealth management business that requires a Financial Planning Administrator to join their growing team. The company has recently moved into brand new offices just a short walk from the city center train station. The business offers an exciting environment with opportunities for progression across front and back office teams. This role provides great exposure, working closely with two experienced and well-regarded Financial Planners. Typical duties include:
* Working closely with Financial Planners to deliver excellent client outcomes
* Building relationships with clients and maintaining regular contact
* Liaising with operational teams for support
* Preparing meeting packs and valuations
* Maintaining back-office systems and client records in line with company policies
The role requires recent and relevant experience within a similar function, ideally within a Financial Advisory business, due to its fast-paced nature. Long-term opportunities for study support and career progression are provided and fully supported by the leadership team.
