Paediatric Clinical Lead
Location: Hampshire, West Sussex and Surrey
Salary: £45,000 to £50,000
Working Pattern: Hybrid with regional travel
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm
Contract: Full time, permanent
We are recruiting a Paediatric Clinical Lead to join a well established, nurse led community complex care provider supporting children with high acuity needs across the South.
This is a senior clinical opportunity within a growing organisation offering autonomy, strong governance support and structured progression. The Paediatric Clinical Lead will initially manage a small caseload of four complex care packages due to continued growth across Hampshire, West Sussex and Surrey.
Responsibilities
* Clinical oversight of paediatric complex care packages
* Completing assessments, care plans and structured clinical reviews
* Mobilisation of new care packages
* Clinical training and competency sign off for nurses and healthcare assistants
* Governance of tracheostomy, ventilation and complex clinical interventions
* Liaison with families, MDT teams and commissioners
* Safeguarding escalation and clinical risk management
* Participation in audits and quality improvement initiatives
Experience and Qualifications
* Registered Nurse with active NMC PIN (RGN or RSCN considered)
* Experience within paediatric complex care or community care
* Knowledge of tracheostomy care, ventilation or advanced respiratory support
* Leadership or senior nurse experience
* Experience working alongside case managers or commissioners
* Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel regionally
