The Role
As an Insite Stores Supervisor, also known as Insite Stores Operative, you will be a key part of the Insite team, contributing to its success. Ideally, you will have some background in manufacturing, MRO, PPE, or a trade counter environment; however, full training will be provided, so don’t let this stop you from applying!

We are looking for an ambitious and dynamic person to support the Insite Manager in developing the business by capitalizing on profitable sales opportunities, maintaining excellent customer care, and exceeding customer expectations whenever possible.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support the Insite Manager in sourcing (Stock/Non-Stock) items based on customer requirements.
* Support consistent delivery of high levels of customer service.
* Achieve unit cost reduction savings compared to previous suppliers and OEM.
* Assist team members with enquiries and issues.
* Arrange site visits with supply partners to identify and support value-added activities.
* Proactively seek sales opportunities around site leasing with all departments.
* Previous SAP experience is beneficial but not essential; training will be provided.
Key Skills / Qualifications:
* Ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
* Self-motivated and driven to complete tasks.
* Experience in a similar role with transferable skills.
