The Role
We're looking for a proactive and highly organised Executive Assistant / Office Manager to support our CEO and leadership team on a part-time basis. The role combines executive support with office management and will be central to helping the company stay organised and efficient.
We expect the role to be 2 days per week initially, with the option to increase to 3 days per week depending on candidate fit and how the responsibilities develop. This will be discussed further at interview.
Key Responsibilities
* Act as the first point of contact for internal and external communications
* Answer and manage the main company phone line in a professional manner, handling queries where possible and directing calls or messages to the right team member
* Provide direct executive support to the CEO including diary management, inbox organisation, meeting preparation, and confidential admin
* Proactively follow up on tasks and actions to make sure nothing slips through the cracks
* Keep office operations running smoothly including managing suppliers, resources, and processes
* Support HR and finance with documentation, onboarding, and record-keeping
* Reconcile leadership team receipts and expenses before passing to the accounts team
* Coordinate travel, schedules, and occasional company events
* Implement and improve systems that save time and increase efficiency
What We're Looking For
* Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Office Manager, or similar role
* Excellent organisational and time-management skills with sharp attention to detail
* Strong written and verbal communication abilities
* Comfortable with technology (MS Office / Google Workspace, project management tools a plus)
* Proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate needs and take initiative without hand-holding
* Professional, discreet, and trustworthy with sensitive information
What We Offer
* £28k–£30k FTE salary (£11,200–£18,000 actual for 2–3 days per week)
