About the Company
Our client is an industry leading provider of integrated workplace solutions, specializing in office design and build and furniture. They are looking for an established Pre-Contracts Manager to join their team in Manchester and help deliver projects up to circa £3m. 2025 has been and is looking to be a big year for them with a strong pipeline and big plans in the works making it an ideal time to join them in their journey.
About the Role
Our client is seeking a Pre-Contracts Manager with desire to develop themselves by working on some of the hottest projects around alongside a professional team.
Your primary objectives of the role will be the Pre-Contract process and estimating on projects. The key roles and responsibilities include but aren’t limited to:
* Project Planning: The Pre-Construction Manager would work with the project team to develop a comprehensive project plan, including project scope, budget, and schedule.
* Design Coordination: They would work closely with architects & designers to ensure that design plans are coordinated and meet project requirements.
* Cost Estimating: The Pre-Construction Manager would prepare detailed cost estimates and budgets for projects, ensuring that all costs are accurately accounted for.
* Procurement: They would work with vendors and suppliers to procure materials and equipment required for the project, ensuring that all procurement is done within budget and timeline constraints.
* Risk Management: They would identify potential risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate any potential issues that may arise during the construction phase.
The Offer
In return for your expertise, our client offers a competitive salary of up to £90,000 per annum, plus Commission.
