The Role
At Clancy, we’re proud to support South West Water in delivering essential infrastructure across the region. As a Graduate Civil Engineer, you’ll use data, digital tools, and hands‑on insight to help drive smarter, safer ways of working. It’s a varied role where you’ll grow your skills, get out on site, and make a real impact from day one.
Activities
* Analysing data to uncover trends, risks, and opportunities
* Building dashboards and reports to support day‑to‑day decisions
* Supporting teams with tools like Depotnet, GIS, and GPS systems
* Managing drone flights and photogrammetry across operational sites
* Getting out on site to gather imagery, capture data, and gain insight
* Helping to embed digital tools and best practice across the business
* You’ll be part of a supportive and collaborative team, working closely with colleagues across engineering, delivery, and digital.
Desired attributes
You’re proactive, analytical, and solutions‑focused, with a natural curiosity and a desire to learn. You’re confident with data, know your way around tools like Excel and Power BI, and you can explain your findings clearly to different audiences.
Requirements
* Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
* A full UK driving licence (as site visits are part of the role)
* Ideally, a background or interest in utilities or infrastructure
