Do you enjoy working as part of a team and enjoy a varied job that involves speaking to customers, and creating quotes/orders? Do you have great attention to detail and enjoy a process? My client, a successful company based in Barnsley is seeking a great Sales Coordinator to join their team.
Your daily To Do List might look something like this;
Produce quotations for UK/overseas customers
Produce sales orders for customers
Raising sales invoices and taking customer card payments
Update and maintain spreadsheets on a daily basis
Support the wider sales team
Communicate with couriers regarding deliveries when necessary
Produce reports in Excel
Communicate with customers on a regular basis, such as; taking orders, dealing with queries, organising delivery, invoice issues, and product information.
Youll be a great team player, confident on the telephone, and have the ability to build rapport with your customers. Whilst this is not a sales role you will (once trained) have the confidence to discuss products with your customers.
Youll possess strong attention to detail and have good IT skills.
